    Who are we ?

    Founded in 2001 by Eric Avril, in the form of a micro-enterprise, the Avril Company became a family craft business in 2004, with the hiring of the first collaborators, including Gilles Avril.

    Initially oriented towards an exclusively private clientele, word of mouth and the renewed trust of our clients have enabled very rapid development (most of our maintenance contracts are 15 years old).

    The year 2009 marked the transition to SARL and then to SAS with the first major investments in specialized machinery, and the completion of increasingly large landscaping projects, but also real estate development projects and public contracts.

    Since then, Avril has continued to develop, bolstered by its quality of work and the commitment of all of its employees, most of whom received their training within the company.

    After having invested in premises, the head office of Société Avril is based in Roquefort les Pins, and also uses 2 other depots in Villeneuve Loubet and La Colle-sur-Loup.

    In 2017, the Company created its branch in the Var in Sainte-Maxime with an independent team.

    In 2019, it is the opening of the Avril nursery in Cagnes sur Mer.


    With its 25 motivated employees, the Avril Company now has a structure and equipment allowing it to carry out any type of green space project, while retaining the human side, and above all the quality of work which has enabled it to get there from nothing.

    Landscaping

    With 20 years of experience, and partnerships on large projects with landscape architects and also the city of Antibes, Avril has acquired irreplaceable know-how, and in particular the qualification of master craftsman.

    Equipped with mechanical shovels ranging from 1 ton to 8 tons, loaders, mechanical wheelbarrows Dumper and 3 heavy goods vehicles, including two equipped with cranes, we are qualified and authorized to carry out earthworks, VRD works, rockfill and all type of landscaping, whatever the nature or size of your project.

    We are also at the forefront when it comes to the installation of automatic irrigation networks, which are necessary in our region, but above all concerned about saving water.
    Passionate about our profession and listening to our customers, we also develop plant plans and palettes to best support landscaping from the project phase, until their complete realization, ranging from a simple planting of trees, up to a complete development with the creation of stone walls, gate, swimming pool, and deactivated concrete roads.

    Being present in both the Alpes Maritimes and the Var, and benefiting from the support of our nursery, we are able to provide our customers with plants and materials of the best quality, while remaining within market prices.

    Essential in landscaping work, the pruning of trees falls fully within the fields of activity and competence of the Avril Company, being specialized in it at its start: it is this sector that the company developed in the first place.

    Since then, always passionate, we count in our ranks a team of arborists climbers, all graduates of the CS "Size and care of trees", ready to respond to all requests, and to provide advice, while reconciling the constraints and the tree well-being.

    Whether it is ornamental, fruit, structuring, securing or felling pruning (even delicate), our specialists are present and intervene with their know-how and specific equipment.

    Indeed, the company Avril has been able to equip itself with all the necessary equipment in order to work in safety, adapting to new techniques, and is of course equipped with several crushers, mechanical wheelbarrows and can also intervene with its crane trucks if necessary.

    In addition, on the strength of its professionalism, the Company holds the necessary insurance for this type of specific work.

    Neat & quality work

    Responsible for around thirty gardens, more than half of our maintenance contracts are around ten years old, or even longer.

    Indeed, thanks to the training of our employees (internal and various internships), we have always been able to adapt to climate change, changes in legislation, and new pests and diseases in order to always bring satisfaction to our customers.

    "Attention to detail" is our guideline for the maintenance of your gardens, and the fact that we are also landscape designers gives us all the knowledge in automatic watering, electricity, earthmoving and knowledge of the soil which allows us to anticipate our actions for better quality and better performance in garden maintenance.
    Avril has several specialized and dedicated teams that ONLY carry out garden maintenance, and also has all the necessary equipment (electric and thermal sprayer, scarifier, tiller, tiller, etc.)

    Avril is also approved for phytosanitary treatments, our employees all hold the "Certiphyto" in order to always work in safety, and within the legal framework.

    However, we want to carry out as few chemical treatments as possible and favor biological treatments and the use of auxiliaries. We also manage several of our sites in “ecological” mode.
